We received great service from every employee we came in contact with. From the in-store salesman to the installers, everyone was exemplary. Our job had a unusally dificult install around a Murphy Bed. The installer customized the trim and flooring around the frame. Otherwise, there would have been an ugly gap. It was something I thought had disappeared, old world craftmanship. We received a great product, at a great price, and a great installation. Thank you Floor Authority.
We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Very nice front desk, our sales rep Kyle Rice was knowledgeable of the product that we wanted. They send someone out to check measurements to the installation workers, and their work is very professional along with clean up. The time frame from the initial start was very impressive. I would recommend giving them a try.
I was just there contest winner for new floors! I was so surprised, they really do what they advertise. Everyone was exceptional from start to finish. They explained everything and were meticulous, with covering everything and cleaning each day. My floors are beautiful! Would recommend them to everyone 😀👏

Put an addition onto my house. Needed to match existing flooring. Kyle was an absolute best in obtaining the flooring. Also, needed tile for bathroom. His skills at understanding the clients wants and needs were superior. Although the original tile ordered was discontinued. He was able to help with selecting new tile that was even nicer than the original selection. Kyle is the gold standard for design and sales and should be commended for his customer service efforts. Thank you Kyle for all your work.
