I have had the opportunity to visit several tile establishments, and my experience at Floor Authority was particularly delightful. The premises were notably clean and well-organized, and the staff exhibited a commendable eagerness to assist customers immediately upon their arrival.
We had a fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in and we were greeted by Susie and then helped in making our tile selections by Allison and Lindsay. We appreciated the thought and patience they had in helping us finalizing this project. This was just the beginning of our renovations and we will certainly be returning to this store amd look forward to working with these ladies in the future.
We bought thousands in tiles that was said was available and tools a long to get. When we finally received them, a large amount of tiles were broken. We were then told the replacement tile were slightly smaller than original tiles. Over all it took 3 weeks to get what I ordered that was said was available.
From start to finish Serena providing the best customer service. She was very helpful and went out of her way to help us. I would highly recommend Floor Authority at 3550 Northgate Dr in Myrtle Beach. Thanks again Marie F
My wife and I learned about Floor Authority when I called Scott Mitchell, owner of Quest Custom Homes for a project that included renovation of our master bath shower and tub.
