We replaced whole-house carpet and chose Floor Accents over other area chains due to their excellent selection, competitive pricing, and Marco's personal service. He and his crew were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely hard-working. We could not have been more pleased with the buying process and finished project. We highly recommend Floor Accents and definitely plan to use them again for other home projects!
We had a wonderful experience with installation of our floors. Marco was patient with us taking our time choosing our floors and the installers were great, efficient and cleaned up very well when they were finished. We are very happy and will use Marco and his folks for our next project.
We've had Floor Accents do multiple projects for us and they've done an excellent job. It started when we were out of town and our original granite guys completely walked off our kitchen remodel and we were scrambling to get good people in to pick up the pieces on short notice. Q and Marco at Floor Accents did a beautiful job transforming our kitchen, and when a pipe burst in our foundation we had them back the next year to redo all our flooring (tile and hardwood). Floor Accents NOT recommended! ruined our house after they installed the wrong floors. we gave them every opportunity to repair them then they removed the floors and took every dime we gave them. They took the old floors, their wrong floors and left us with nothing but bare concrete and after getting a legal judgement against them in court they still will not pay us.
