I had a terrible experience with FloodX Mold and Water Damage Company. They showed up late, didn’t communicate properly, and left the work half done. The team seemed unprofessional, and the cleanup wasn’t thorough at all — there was still moisture and mold smell left behind. For the high price they charged, I expected much better service.

I had a terrible experience with FloodX Mold and Water Damage Company. They took much longer than promised to start the cleanup process, and their communication was almost non-existent. The workers left a mess behind and didn’t properly dry the affected areas, which caused more mold to appear later. When I tried to reach customer service for a fix, they were rude and unhelpful.

Very disappointed with FloodX Mold and Water Damage Company. Their customer service is poor and the technicians were careless with my property. They promised quick results, but the project dragged on for weeks and my insurance paperwork was mishandled.

FloodX Mold and Water Damage Company was a huge disappointment. Their inspection was rushed, and they gave me an expensive quote but didn’t deliver quality service. After they finished, there was still a strong mold smell, and they refused to come back to check their work without charging extra fees. It felt like they only cared about money, not customer satisfaction. I regret hiring them and wish I had gone with a more reliable company.

The owner is a very unpleasant man. I had a very bad experience with him. In my opinion not a person I’d spend my hard earned money with.
