We thought we had a leak develop in the basement and Pablo came over to help. He did a thorough leak detection survey and assured us it was not a leak after all only kids who had cause temporary water spill from the toilet above. He charged nothing for this consultation and driving hrs out of his way on Thanksgiving day. Thanks Pablo!

Had a smoke test done in our house to test for leaky pipes. They walked us through the whole process and took time to answer all the questions we had and explain every step of the way. Even received a follow up call a week or so later from Pablo to see if the issue we had was still persisting or if it had resolved. Top notch customer service.
