We secured three estimates to address the mold in one of our closets. Mike and Sebastian from Flood Solutions were the only team to inspect the rooms adjacent to the closet, as well as climb up into the attic to make sure they investigated the entire problem causing the mold - not just what was visible in the closet. We chose them because of their attention to detail and they did a great job - worked quickly, cleanly, and removed the mold completely. Highly recommend Flood Solutions - Mike and Sebastian did a great job!

While I am upset I even had to hire them to remove extensive mold, I am so thankful for the team who helped. They eased the anxiety/dread of the mold remediation process and were genuinely so stellar that I would hire them for any other project I needed if I could. Look no further, Flood Solutions is the place to go for water, mold, fire and smoke mitigation. My wife and I had a copper condensation pipe burst back in June that was fixed by plumber but it caused some water damage and mold. Rob was super nice on the phone and scheduled a next day inspection. Frankie and Sebastian came out and met with my wife and inspected the damage. Alas, this was the second time in roughly 2 years that I've needed their services thanks to two different commercial neighbors who don't know enough, or perhaps anything about risk management.
