Matthew and his team were wonderful. While dealing with water damage caused by a flood in my upstairs bathfroom from a broken toilet they were able to send someone right away, to assess and start repairs the next day. Unfortunatelly, the water leaked through my ceilng but they were able to take of that too. They were proffesional and knowledgable. They answered all of my questions addressed all of my concerns and kept me up to date the status to of the repair. I would highly reccomend.

Flood Solutions came to our house in a timely manner on a Sunday afternoon and proceeded to take care of everything. They removed all the water, took up the flooring and some of the ceiling and placed fans and humidifiers our basement. They came back the following day to check the moisture levels and a few days later as well. All in all, they were very prompt, courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Megan came out today to check for mold and to give me an estimate. She inspected both areas of concern and advised that there were no signs of any mold and no moisture. Again this was a free inspection and no sign of mold, there was no charge. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I give her and her company, Flood Solutions, a very sound 5 out of five rating.

Only reason I gave them 4 stars was because they did not share when I first called them that they were too busy to repair walls. Other than that, their service was excellent.
