Had Ms. Flood managing a property went to pick up the key. The house was destroyed !! She kept deposit!!!!!

Please do not do business with Fannie Flood Real Estate. She is not good to work with. Her record keeping is very poor and things do not get done in a timely manner.

BEWARE*** DO NOT TRUST MRS FLOOD!!! I had Mrs Flood manage my property when I was deployed. She stopped sending me my rental payment!!! She also kept the tenants deposit without ever making any repairs. I had to repair holes in my walls, burnt deck, broken doors, replace the carpet which smelled like crap, broken appliances, garage door, leaking faucets etc... Mrs Flood said that someone must have broken into my house after she did the walk through... WTF!!! ***PLEASE DO NOT make the same mistake I did***

I hired Mrs flood to rent my property and after my contact ended she refused to release my property. She also refused to give the tenant the security deposit. Tenant also had many complaints abot service and repairs conducted on a timely manner.Very unprofessional. I do not recommend doing business with this lady. If I couldn't give half a start I would

Looked at a property, paid $20 key deposit. Came back to the office to rent the house and was told the house already was pending being rented by 2 other people. Why waste my time a fuel?

Renter beware! We rented though them, extended lease, and the next thing they did was put a for sale sign out , then harassed us to buy the property.
