The best thing about FP is Braxton. He worked very hard each time he was here and his work was perfect. Without him, it would have never been possible or finished. He is polite and honest and his work is excellent. He should be given employee of the year, given a raise and a promotion. I trusted him more than anyone I’ve let enter my home. Braxton was amazing to work with at Flood Pros! He was super attentive to us throughout the whole process from correspondence, to meeting us at the carpet store, to follow-up walk-throughs. We appreciated all of his expertise and hand-holding to ensure that our flood damaged basement was well taken care of. I highly recommend him and Jeremy (who did our trim and paint job)!
