The only ford dealership you should consider in New England!! Rick and Lee and team are the best!!!
The service team is top-notch here. I brought my 2019 Mustang in for service, and it ended up needing a engine replacement. They worked with me and Ford for the replacement. Gave updates with progress on service. Car was back in a reasonable amount of time. Charles was great to work with. This was the first time I had used this dealership for service. They were recommended by my local mechanic for being fair and honest. Their recommendation was true, and they will be my service department of choice in the future.
I called to have an oil change done on my 2018 Ford F250. They said I could drop it off and pick it up later in the day. Upon arriving, I was advised that because my diesel truck had more than 100k miles on it, Mike Floods policy was that they would not service my vehicle. I said its just an oil change, and they replied thats Mike Floods policy. 100k on a diesel truck thats 7 yrs old is nothing. Absolutely a horrible experience and I will never be back. I suggest you don't waste your time here. Go elsewhere.
I own an upscale detailing business so am very particular when it comes to ordering a new vehicle. Flood was extremely accomodating to all of my requests and the interactions were pleasant and straight forward. Certainly will be using them again in the future.
