Worst restoration company ever.
We were told to expect to pay 4 to 7 thousand and that they had payment plans. That sounded reasonable to us so we went ahead and used their services. After they're done I get an email asking for $12,000 (an absurd price for 15 hours of work) and the receptionist said their longest payment plan is 4 months. Somehow we go from expecting to pay $500 a month to $3000 a month. They even threatened to put a lien on our house if we couldn't pay by 4 months.
