On June 22, a Thursday, late in the day, I had a flood in my finished carpeted basement, from a hole in a pipe that froze this past winter,2023. After calling around my local area, no restoration company in my area could get a team out to my house.. I called Flood and Fire Pros inc. The call was answered promptly and within 5 minutes or so, I was told a team could be out to help within 90 minutes..
