We had Flood Crew out after hot water heater broke. Bill and his crew were great! From the water remediation to installing a whole new floor in the basement, the crew took care of every step. These were professional, friendly, punctual and are some of the hardest working guys I’ve ever seen! And they don’t play around, they get the job done. Bill Martins stole my deposit, did none of the contracted work, and is now avoiding me. It was all good with Bill until about 24 hours before my work project was set to begin earlier this month when Bill called to push me off to a subcontractor. When I engaged with this subcontractor, I also learned that Bill inflated my estimate to the tune of $2,000 over the project's actual cost.
