We do not recommend Flood Crew. Good at the immediate mitigation but when it comes to follow through and restoration things go south. The owner Bill has a scattered way of planning and thinking and is poor with communication. He used unqualified subcontractors in our house and eight months later we are still finding things they did wrong. Bill ultimately ghosted us and we had to hire another contractor to fix his mistakes and complete work his crew didn’t finish (for which we are now having to pursue legal recourse).
