By far one of the most unethical companies I've ever had to work with! After 3 months of not doing anything on a project but leaving drying equipment - which is meant for 5 days at most - they then tried to charge more than $10k and put a kitten on the house. Again absolutely nothing was done by their company except tape a countertop - which apparently takes 3 people - from September to December and they then tried to collect thousands of dollars. Please save yourself and do not work with this company!
The most unprofessional office and team I have ever seen! They damage my counters and then want to try and play let’s go by the time stamp on when the insurance company or Adjuster filed the report, not took the picture that is clearly on the file but filed the report which is also clearly in the system when they send out their adjuster! I would give this place no stars if I could. I originally gave them a good rating, but have since realized they were not trustworthy. They encouraged us to file a claim with our insurance company and were quick to have us sign a form notifying us we would be responsible for payment if insurance did not approve our claim. Then they proceeded to put in several dehumidifiers for our water damage. The amount they charged for daily use of the humidifier was unreasonable.
