I called damage control due to a ruptured hot water heater that flooded my home. I was completely overwhelmed. Tommy and the team from damage control were amazing. They helped with every avenue of my issue. Communication was great and they were prompt on getting my home cleaned up. Professional and very helpful. If i ever have an issue again or my friends and family need this type of service, i will definitely refer them.

They basically coached us what to say to get insurance involved. I didn't want to be involved in fraud. I canceled the claim and asked them to pick up there equipment the next day. They then sent me an invoice for over $1000. I explained the situation to them and they said pay or get a lean on your house. I don't like high pressure sales or bullying. Tommy and the mold division came to my house and took care of all the mold. He was on time and took the time to explain the situation and how he plans on taking care of the situation. Would definitely hire again.
By far one of the most unethical companies I've ever had to work with! After 3 months of not doing anything on a project but leaving drying equipment - which is meant for 5 days at most - they then tried to charge more than $10k and put a kitten on the house. Again absolutely nothing was done by their company except tape a countertop - which apparently takes 3 people - from September to December and they then tried to collect thousands of dollars. Please save yourself and do not work with this company!
