First off the optometrists themselves are great, I've met both, and both are professionals. The problem I have is with their dispensing optician, who preps your glasses after you buy them. I spent over $500.00 on a pair of glasses I wore little more than 8 times, as I usually wear contacts. I noticed that the nose brace portion of the glasses was weakening so I put them back in their case and set them aside to bring in for repair. They were able to get me an appointment within a days notice and were very accommodating when I arrived. Everyone was especially friendly and helpful. They also have a great selection of glass and contacts
