As you can see from other reviews, Floit is not a trustworthy rental company. We rented from a member of their team and since we moved in she has done nothing but try to gaslight us and blame any little thing on us. We now know she has done this before, and should’ve seen the red flags upon moving in, as she bashed the previous tenant right to our faces. Dan Floit and his property management group are EXEMPLARY …….in showing ETHICAL ABSENTEEISM … its an “ism” type categorical culture these days . I found an appropriate box 📦 just for you .
