The company was founded by brothers Harry, Frank and John Dyck in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and now has locations in two countries and 13 cities from Portland to Winnipeg.

Every aspect of my countertop project with FloForm was excellent. Communication was excellent and when someone said they would get back to me, they got back to me. The product and craftsmanship are excellent. The people I dealt with were knowledgable respectful taking time to make sure all of my questions. And concerns were addressed. Having your kitchen and bathroom out of commission is stressful in and of itself, but FloForm made what can be a nightmare the best possible experience. I'm so pleased by the results.
I have dealt with this company in the past and had decent experiences, when they installed my countertops the cracked the granite backsplash but they repaired it and you could not see the repair. Recently I recommended them to my father who used them to install his countertops, at first we thought they did great but we noticed a crack by the sink, he notified them and they came out to repair it, all they did was put some superglue on it and that’s it, you couldn’t tell that they did anything or even attempted to repair it, c... read more
We ordered new kitchen countertops through Costco, and FloForm was the Costco partner/installer. Our experience with FloForm from start to finish was amazing. Noel came to our house and discussed options with us. She was super knowledgeable, had great insights/ideas, and was helpful and responsive throughout the process. I wish I could have rated FloForm higher! As you can tell from the pictures, our kitchen is small but FloForm treated us like we were million dollar customers. That was really put to the test with the problem we encountered. FloForm was ready. Everything was lined up but the custom sink I had ordered kept arriving damaged. They were always right on top of the order, working with the manufacturer to get replacements ASAP.
