They were very great and timely with all appointments. They helped with keep the project affordable. My only critique is that when it came to the install day I had to call them just before closing to get information about the time frame window.
Heidi has been the most patient person I have ever met on this planet. As I wrestled with finding a contractor willing to show up to a worksite without being inebriated or wanting up to $400/hour -- she waited and waited!
