The company was founded by brothers Harry, Frank and John Dyck in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and now has locations in two countries and 13 cities from Portland to Winnipeg.

We had a countertop and tile backsplash installed in our laundry room, and FloForm made it all come together and they are very nice to work with on the project. Quick timing and all went smoothly - from signing agreement to finished work was about 3 weeks total. All of the people we worked with were friendly, curious and did a fine job. I highly recommend them as they take the job from start to finish with attention and detail.
Arturo and Leo did a great job installing our heavy countertops! They arrived on time and worked right through lunch to get them installed by 2:30pm which was great. The install was clean and tidy. thank you, guys!
I have wanted a granite countertop for many years and finally decided it was time. The entire process was thorough, accurate, timely, installed without difficulty by a team of professional installers who were knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. Office support was stellar. For a Habitat family to have a house with a FloForm countertop would be a special treasure.
