Had a11:00 appointment which was set over a month ago. Show up 10 minutes early and was told I was to be there at 10:45. I asked why I didn’t get a call. Said we tried calling you several times. Funny I was off work and never got a call. If a business wants you to come in early for a appointment then scheduled that appointment 15 minutes early or at least when you set a appointment tell them then not after the fact. They’re rude!
