Flock’s, specifically Levi, came out to inspect my furnace after another company had told me I needed it replaced. Levi took his time and inspected the furnace from top to bottom discovering the issue to be the gas regulator on the outside of the house. He left me a detailed paper to give to the gas men and then came back to talk to them when they had questions. He really went above and beyond. We are now warm again, thanks to Flock's Heating & Air-conditioning. They came early, and was very clean by put down plastic on our carpet floors. They even swept the furnaces room floor when they were down. Very happy we chose them to put in a new furnace.
They were at our house 5 min after we called. Had it fixed half hr later. Great guy new his stuff.
Had a great experience with the techs. Knowledgeable and only suggested that it may be time to replace, it is about a 25 year old furnace. I asked for it to be fixed at this time and would consider replacing it soon and they took care of business and unplugged the draining issue. Look forward to replacing it in the future and will no doubt be calling them when it's time.
