This is in regards to Dr Varathalingham who took over the practice - Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Audibly laughed at me when I described my pain. Appears to care solely about the pay cheque and not patient care. I'm so thankful I was able to find another physician.
Call every 30 minutes for hours, days, and still nobody picks up. Despite this being my family doctor's practice, I wait months for appointments due to constantly waiting for them to pick up my calls to book an appointment, and it taking a month to see a doctor anyhow. Even though they know I've been to the ER and urgent care multiple times, it doesn't matter, and I'm still waitlisted and ignored.
Very unhappy with this new doctor - she completely disregarded a concern I had. Also, good luck getting through to actually speak with someone; they seem to always be busy and you can't leave a message.
