I took a Thursday Qi Gong class with Jenna last month and was absolutely blown away!! I'd never done Qi Gong before yet she led the class in a way that made me feel so at ease. A month later and I'm still practicing the basics from that day in energy transference from external to internal sources and vice versa or from above to below and vice versa. Qi Gong has helped me gauge better control and have a stronger balance of my energy throughout the day!

As a dedicated repeat client I couldn't be happier with the customer care ("service" doesn't begin to describe it) I receive here! Every time I step off the elevator It feels like a home away from. When I have a tight schedule the staff is helpful and thoughtful. Getting to appointments can be stressful but getting to these appointments is a pleasure!! I've been happy with all the services I've had at Floating Lotus!
