Trying to make an appointment for floating was a hassle, spoke to three separate people. The fourth person I spoke to, who checked me in the day of, was short with me when I expressed my exasperation with their appointment taking. Then finally a fifth woman ushered me into the float rooms and showed me around. The experience was lovely, I would definitely try it again. However, as a safety issue, I would greatly recommend two light switches, one at the entrance of the room and one at the entrance of the tub. That way people ... read more
