Every time I take my son here we are waiting for Dr. Hannum for hours. Not minutes but hours. This is totally unacceptable. At our last visit I was 8 months pregnant and they had us waiting in a room for 4 hours before my son was seen. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I’ll be taking my son to CHA moving forward.
I have been calling pediatrics since Thursday and no answer. I left my number and no call back. I was trying to make an appointment and can’t get anyone to answer the phone.This is so unprofessional and I will be switching hospitals.
