This was my first float. Nu was very pleasant and made me feel at home. I love the environment. Beautiful decor. I booked the float room. I'll try a pod next time. It was nice to just get in warm, silky water and float. Much like being in the ocean but it doesn't smell like ocean breeze. Just peace and quiet.

Raven was incredible! She made the experience wonderful for me and was so kind. I loved my first experience here!! Very relaxing and meditative space which is exactly what I needed.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure your experience is exactly what you want. The facility is very clean and welcoming, encouraging your relaxation and rejuvenation at every turn.

I had an extraordinary experience at Float STL on Saturday! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine "how can we serve you?" The ambiance is consistently soothing and comforting. I booked an infrared sauna session and felt completely taken care of—the staff made me feel like I was the only guest there. I left feeling totally reinvigorated and refreshed. Kindness and quality service truly matter, and the team here made a huge difference in my day. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

Have gone to both locations for massage, sauna, and floating. All the services are great and the staff are exceptional.
