In the stress filled world we live in, floating is always one of the ways I recommend to people to relax. And since Urban Float is who I personally always use, they are the ones recommend.

I'm an ardent floater because of the benefits; mind, body & soul. My mister, a cellist & entrepreneur, and I have a family membership and wouldn't think of not being consistent with floating. When I am... I'm a better person for it. I'm a fan of Urban Float specifically. I've tried other places in North America but always come home to Urban Float's spa-like atmosphere, friendly and accommodating staff, relaxing post-float lounge and the opportunity to renew my mindset to live at my peak.
So relaxing! And Zack was great at explaining everything and making sure it was a great experience. I'll be back :)
I totally recommend this as we all need to disconnect or unplug from electronics and stimuli to recharge. This is an urban way of getting away if you are not able to take a vacation. This allows you to get away mentally. I love it. The staff is very nice too.
I have dealt with lower back pain for the several years now and have to do occasional therapy with my doctor in order to be functional. I have found that floating has helped me immensly with relieving this back pain, as well as helping with every day aches and pains. It is so relaxing and such a decompression from all the hustle and bustle of life that you cannot help but benefit from it!
Love Urban Float....from my first visit (which was a requested Chrstmas gift) I knew this was something that was meant for me. On my next visit I brought my husband who is a LEO (30 yrs+) & he enjoyed it also. I float weekly and I miss it when I don't.
