It was a very cool . Was very excited to try this experience, magnesium is so good for feeding your muscles. I will be a returning customer.
Clean facilities. Clean tanks. Clean water. Very helpful staff (thank you Jasmine!) That said, the float is altering. Lovely. Soft. I felt so good afterwards. I could hear my neck popping and my shoulders popping as they relaxed. I got out and was pain free. Had the most relaxing day. Also, as a claustrophobic, I had zero anxiety even with the lights out. They make it easy to find the buttons in the dark. It was a great experience, and I will be back.
I’ve been coming here for float sessions and enjoy the experience — it’s such a relaxing and peaceful reset every time. I wanted to shout out Sabina, because she truly makes it even better. From the moment you walk in, she has such a calm, grounding energy that immediately puts you at ease. A regular meditator. Last fifteen minutes excellent experience. Girlfriend did not get much out of the float. Does not know anything about what happens when no thought is going on.
