I really liked this place - it was my first time doing something like this so I didn't exactly know what I was doing / if I was doing it correctly BUT it was relaxing and a cool experience. There were a few moments where I was questioning if I started it / the timer started correctly so if I could recommend anything, maybe like a beep at certain intervals throughout the floating experience just to give a heads up, or a dim digital timer somewhere visible if possible. UPDATED to reiterate that I was told there was no availability during the two weeks between receiving the email and the expiration date. So the fact that the owner is now claiming there was plenty of availability makes the situation even worse given that they apparently could have scheduled me for an appointment but refused to. What a great therapy place. Float in water for an hour (with the help of hundreds of ponds of Epsom salt, Red light therapy and a massage, will be my next appointment. Staff is great, cutting edge relief. Will have pictures in update.
