I didn't think that this would work for me as I have a very hard time sitting still, but it turned out to be very nice and I have enjoyed several visits with more on the way. Very friendly staff make me feel welcome and the rooms are always very clean and well stocked. Thank you for your volunteer program which makes floating financially accessible for me!
My negative rating for the experience, is partially balanced by a positive rating for the refund, I'd rather have had a positive experience than have needed a refund. It was a wet coffin of an experience, but I did get to enjoy hot tea tea while I waited for my person to be done too. Based on other ratings it seems like it could be a fluke. Friendly staff members, nice clean float rooms, and a decent tea selection to choose from while returning to the real world.
Time flies when you’re floating. I was able to play my music and was grateful they could accommodate me being a little late. I’m pregnant and can say this was my most favorite float yet. I as truly feeling connected and relaxed. The tea in the lounge is also very tasty. Highly recommend a visit for thorough relaxation. There is nothing more restorative in such a short amount of time. It’s like you’ve been relaxing for days.
