It was pretty cool. You get there early, to get explained the process and your before-float shower. From there, I did it the "traditional" way - basically no music or lights, and nude. You get in the clamshell and lay back into the water. I floated around a bit, bounced off the edges once or twice, before I found my groove. Tried the float tank for the first time today. Wasnt sure what to expect but the staff was great with explaining everything. It was such a great experience and cant wait to do it again.
