I had a very relaxing float. I did listen to meditation music, since it was my first time. Went by way to fast. Will def do it again. Feel great and not as sore as I did when I went in.

Oh. My. Goodness! My experience was amazing! It probably took me about 20 minutes to completely relax. That's only because I hold all my stress in my neck and shoulders and I just could not completely let go in those areas. I started out using the pool noodle...then went without. Having fibromyalgia and arthritis, the floating is like laying on a cloud. If they could replicate this in a mattress I would sleep like a dream!
Can't say enough what a relaxing experience this is and what nice people run the place. Give it a try!

Very enjoyable experience. I stay cold all of the time so I was afraid I wouldn't be comfortable while floating but I was pleasantly surprised! My only suggestion would be better visibility - it's easy to miss from the street. I will definitely be back!
