I was recommended to float from my Naturopath, and I was very happy with my experience with Float Oasis. I tried my first float a couple days ago and I am dying to go back for another! The experience is truly unlike any other! The way your mind and body disconnect is so relaxing and rewarding! I orignally walked into my 60 minute float with a migraine and neck pain and when I walked out both were almost completely gone! Love love!!! So relaxing. My husband and I had date night...an awesome appointment at float and dinner. We booked the floataround with starry nite ceiling. I saw Float Oasis on Facebook and decided to come in and check it out. After a quick walk through and getting some information, I tried a 30 minute float. Now I’m hooked. I was always told to try everything at least once and I’m totally glad that I did.
If you want the relaxing spa experience, choose some chill spa music and set the lights and stars to your favorite color. If meditation is more your speed, turn off all of the lights and float in complete darkness in order to experience a state of floating in nothingness. Shut out the outside world and contemplate whatever you wish.
