I showed up at the dock and there was no Boat. I called numerous times the day before and the morning of and got no answer. When I emailed them, it got kicked back. I paid over $600 for an 8 hour rental and did not get a boat nor have i been able to get in touch with anyone.
I rarely leave reviews, but unfortunately I feel I have to in this instance. We made an online reservation a few days ahead of time and received a confirmation email of our boat rental. The guy let me know the address on the email where you meet them for the boat was wrong. After reaching out twice, I finally received a screenshot of a boat ramp location to meet at. Rented Pontoon in 2022 for my Birthday and 2025 for Memorial Day, LOVED It! Son caught his 1st Saltwater Catfish. Docked at "Sand Island" on Memorial Day, Making Memories! Great Family Fun n the Sun, Can't wait to do it Again!!! Appreciate Ya Greer
We had a great time renting from this company. The service was to notch and the pricing was better than anyone else. We took a ride to Fort McRee sand island area and docked on the beach. The Blue Angels were practicing so we got a show for about an hour which was awesome! We then continued our ride towards Navarre where we swam. Good times!!
Greer took great care of us. Watched the Blue Angels practice right from the dock then when out for a cruise on the pontoon. We will use Float My Boat Rentals again!
