Absolutely unacceptable experience with Float My Boat Rentals. We arrived at the exact meet time provided in our confirmation email, and nobody showed up. We called multiple times with no answer and received zero communication or updates. Our card was charged, our entire day was planned around this rental, and we were completely left stranded. We are now having to dispute the charge with our bank for services not provided. I would strongly recommend booking elsewhere.
Booked a month in advance and paid in full @ $675. Owner called and canceled 10 min prior to arrival @ dock with no alternative options. Full refund of $675 took three weeks to receive. Ruined our vacation
I showed up at the dock and there was no Boat. I called numerous times the day before and the morning of and got no answer. When I emailed them, it got kicked back. I paid over $600 for an 8 hour rental and did not get a boat nor have i been able to get in touch with anyone.
I rarely leave reviews, but unfortunately I feel I have to in this instance. We made an online reservation a few days ahead of time and received a confirmation email of our boat rental. The guy let me know the address on the email where you meet them for the boat was wrong. After reaching out twice, I finally received a screenshot of a boat ramp location to meet at.
