I was definitely skeptical before my first float, but it was great! It was a unique experience floating in the water with no effort. I felt more relaxed after, and loved sitting in the lounge and having some tea. Thank you!
The relaxation began before I even got in the building and it only got better from there. I've thought about floating for awhile and am so glad I finally got a chance. I was very relaxed and happy after a 60 minute session. I can't wait to go back as I think it would be even more beneficial a second time. Thank you Float Light, hope to see you again soon.
I recommend everyone try this at least once. I have Sensory Processing Disorder and I questioned how I would feel during my float. The Pod is more spacious than I expected, and all back and head pain was gone being in a weightless state. Stress free environment from the moment you walk in the door, until long after your float is done. Give it a try, if you're looking for a sign, here it is.
I chose the Starlight Cabin. it was the most incredible experience! This is the first time, in many years I was able to lie down pain free!. the cabin was dark except for the stars, it literally felt as if I was floating in space. I always had a hard time meditating, I was amazed I could do it here.
