Update 2025: We received an email from Float Lab indicating they are transitioning this location to Venice, CA. Apparently, their website was not updated to stop taking bookings and they’ve committed to refunding any bookings that were inadvertently made. Updating my Star rating as well. This place is closed. They don’t even notify you.
This location is out of business. We booked and paid for an appointment in advance. Arrived to see a small group of people waiting, no one could get in. Called and called did not get an answer. Quickly looked on Google to see someone left a review with a photo of their eviction paperwork. Disappointing since they still have open booking…. Sad. It was also my bday. Additionally Google info isn’t correct. They should be marked as closed and stop takin peoples money.
