I received a gift card in March, I understand if she has not been able to open, but she should refund money if she cannot honor them. I have left phone messages and Facebook messages and she will not respond.
RecommendedI surprised the girls in my family with an evening at Blu Water, we floated, took a sauna and enjoyed the oxygen bar. Lacy has customer service down to an art, she is sweet calm and wants everyone to feel comfortable. Blu Water is a personal experience in a beautiful and tranquil atmosphere that is smaller, more intimate and meticulously kept. If you have not tried Blu Water, you definitely should. Thank You Lacy... we will be back❤️
