Being a Chopra certified primordial sound meditation teacher I was eager to see what "floating" would mean to my own meditation practice. Wow. Off the charts deeper. Maybe it's the weightlessness. I've floated twice and will continue. Not just for the meditative benefits but for the health as well.
Such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience! I slept so well the night after my float. I already booked another session!
I used a form of breath practice I love, while floating and ended up having the most amazing experience. It was as though I was looking out onto the entire Universe, swirling energy and stars. It felt like I was completely connected to everything and floating in the deepest ecstasy! Never expected that... Wowzaaa. :D

Had my first float today ... it was so relaxing. Will definitely be back for a return visit!
Very relaxing. I didn't have any epiphanies, I think multiple sessions will be needed for that. I had a great nap though!
