The staff is great and rather low key which works well for me. There is little to fear except being alone with yourself which is a rewarding experience. Although music is recommended, I preferred to listen to my own breath, deep breathe and hear my heart beat while floating. It is a peaceful and deeply relaxing feeling which we all need in daily living.
I first heard about Float Brothers when my cousin floated several months ago. I was intrigued and knew I had to try it. I was lucky enough to receive two gift certificates for Christmas.. It was such a relaxing experience. I have little aches and pains from being a server and on my feet all day, and when I left there I had absolutely no pain whatsoever. It is totally worth experiencing, even if you only try it once. I can't wait to go back!
I started floating during my last competition prep... Competition prep is not only for physical training but also mental training... You have to train EVERYTHING! Floating allowed me to bring my mental capacity to the potential it needed to stay focus on the prize and led me to win my overall win... Loved it so much! I tell everyone that I know to go. DONT SHAVE BEFORE YOU GO!! Being it is high salt content it will burn like crazy, lol. For 2 weeks after my body felt so relaxed which is amazing for me because I have a lot of neck and back pain. Can't wait to go again.
your skin will be so silky smooth. I kept bumping the sides but it wasn't all that distracting. I just wish it was hot water.
One of the best things I've ever done for myself! The most relaxed I've been all year!!!! Worth every penny! I was a little apprehensive and it took about 10 minutes for me to relax.... Then another 10 to be fully relaxed and then wow! Bought certificates for the family as Christmas gifts
It was such an amazing experience! The staff and premises are extremely friendly and professional. I am slightly claustrophobic and had a truly relaxing, transformational experience. I will definitely go back again!
