Yesterday was my 2nd amazing Float. I came for the meditative environment & was so surprised by the physical benefits that came along for the ride. My mind is so relaxed & clear & my body & joints feel refreshed. I am already planning my 3rd Float.
I had my first float experience today. It is very relaxing, at first your not sure keep the light on turn it off, I kept it on. Eventually I must have fell into a deep sleep or something I didn't hear the gong go off the filter came on and woke me up. I was so relaxed after. Getting to that deep relaxation was amazing but I have no idea if it lasted 5 mins or 30 mins it's crazy. My skin felt great! I will definitely go back again.
At first i was doubtful of floating but once i experienced it, it was amazing. My achs and pains were gone. I felt refresh after my float. Its now one of my monthly places to go to relax and escape. Would recommend to anyone.
I haven't been to one yet but I am literally dying to go I have a lot really bad back problems with tumors and stuff like that and I think this would really really help me I just have to find the money so that I can do this and I can feel better for at least a couple hours
