My first float was a 90 mins. One of the neatest experiences. I did not think I would be able to relax or shut my mind off. I was wrong. I am a typically very anxious tightly wound person, I don't sleep much. Last night was one of my best sleep after my float. Can not wait for my next float. I was in the grotto, I turned off lights and sound.
I've never experienced anything like this before. It is so relaxing and my body feels amazing afterwards. The staff are so nice and make you feel so welcomed. The rooms are so clean. Highly recommend everyone to try it, you'll become hooked!

Staff was friendly and welcoming. They explained everything and answered every question. The place was clean and organized. I would definitely float again. Great experience and I feel awesome
