Spent a much needed afternoon at Float SNJ and what an incredible experience!! From the lobby to the rooms to the welcoming staff and serene atmosphere. Getting out all the toxins first in the sauna and then relaxing in the float tank. It was amazing to be swallowed up by the darkness and “reset” my body free of pain and stress. Need to work on letting my mind go for complete relaxation, but otherwise I HIGHLY recommend this for anyone suffering from stress and/or pain throughout their bod. Can’t wait to go back!!
I enrolled in the summer package. Last Saturday AM I had my first sauna/float combo scheduled. Woke up with horrible runny nose. When I called, Tom told me the sauna would be GREAT for not feeling well. Although I was skeptical, I went. IT WAS FANTASTIC. I did 2 sets of 30 min sauna with 30 sec cold water plunge. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! I'm 100% well. CANT WAIT TO RETURN. Check out the healing powers of sauna. Thank you Float SJ.
I just got home from my 1st float. I gotta say that this was like NOTHING I've ever experienced. FLOAT was an immaculatly kept, serene, relaxing environment. The staff treated me like they've known me for years, completely easing my social anxiety. As for the float itself, there are no words to describe the experience. Utterly AMAZING is all that comes to mind. I will totally recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much for this experience. I will definitely be returning.

I was in need of some stress and pain relief. And I got it. It took a little time for my brain to settle down( so quiet in there I could here my heart beat which was a little unsettling) but once it did it was extremely relaxing. I believe I may have fallen asleep. Very clean and everyone was very nice and super helpful.
First time today. The facility is very clean as well as a calming environment. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The float was very relaxing. I will do it again.
Even if you never make it in the float tank the waterfall/rain shower is worth the price of admission and an experience in and of itself. This was my second time floating and this facility is by far better than the first one I went to. It is large enough to quell any claustrophobic feelings but cozy enough to make you feel at home. It is a cool and supportive environment. I highly recommend you try this place out.
