RecommendedJoe was informative and provided clear instructions on the step by step process. I felt very comfortable and was able to go into my first float with no worry. I was able to find a comfortable position right away and experimented with lights and music on, music off, and eventually completely dark and quiet. When my time was finished, a soothing gong sounded, and I rinsed off in the provided shower, relaxed with a smile on my face. Would recommend to all!

Great place to find yourself and disconnect from the digital world! Really has helped with my PTSD and anxiety. Amazing and very welcoming staff. Looking forward to trying out the couples float and sauna. I definitely will be back.

It's wonderful just being able to float quietly and be in tune with your own body and your own breath! HIGHLY recommended. I will definitely be back.
