Flo orchestrated a truly seamless experience for us, and when there were outside hiccups, a solution was right at hand. I cannot recommend Flo enough! We reached out over Zillow concerning a house we were interested in, not really knowing much about the process as we were first time homebuyers. Flo immediately set up a chat to see where we were at, walked us through the whole process, and helped us understand next steps. Flo is extremely wonderful and very professional. As a first time home buyer, she walks you through the home buying process and is always available. She gauges your knowledge and expectations, never pressurizes and lays down all the options in front of you to make a final decisions.
