Fast response, super punctual, professional, reasonably priced, and had my AC up and running in less than 24 hours, with new parts ordered.
Today it saddens me to write a neg review. Once the issue is resolved I will update you all. Today makes an endless ongoing problem that has me sitting in a hot house. We purchased our unit on 12/03/2019 picked an Amana 18 seer variable speed. (CJ suggestion) Thinking this would eliminate those ongoing issues one would have with a unit. The Flo Rite team told me about the great warranty & assured me they would stand by it 10 yrs parts & labor also that Amana stands by their product also.
