Great Job!! Josh showed up on time and was friendly. He asked what the issues were and I explained and he listened attentively and then conducted his own test to find the problem. He explained why my unit wasn't coming on and what he would need to do to fix it. He gave me a fair estimate and completed the work in a timely fashion. I was able to ask some other questions regarding filter replacement, UV lighting within the unit and have him check my secondary unit as well.
