Well, don’t know where to begin… we were sold a very expensive new unit in 2019 bought the extended warranty that included labor! They were great up until recently! A bandaid repair was done in Jan and sold 10 lbs of refrigerant at $1,000! Come to find out this unit only holds 8-10lbs then it would be bone dry!
