I had a clogged kitchen sink drain. The repairman was here within 30 minutes of my call. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was unsuccessful in clearing the clog by snaking under the sink, so he got on the roof and used the snake in the vent. After running the snake 75 feet, the clog was freed. I Highly recommend Flo Plumbing LLC.
Our shower handle would not shut off the water anymore. Called in and schedule and appointment fast. Great group of people. Very knowledgeable and amazing customer services. I had the pleasure of having Flo Plumbing LLC. . Fix the issue with my kitchen faucet. He was very friendly and quick. He took the time to explain things to me. I would definitely use this company again and if I can request a technician I would ask for him. He was awesome. I like that I received a text before he was head to me. I knew every step as it was happening.
The plumber called me back immediately. We discussed the issue and he was able to help right away. Very happy with his professional manner, excellent customer service, and knowledge to fix the problem.
Had to have a valve replaced under my kitchen sink after a awful leak got water everywhere. I called them but they were booked solid. I was trying to find another plummer and Darla called me right back and said the guys will stop by to replace it on their way to their first appointment. Awesome!! They got here in 20 min changed the valve, and were very nice and efficient. I will always call on them. Thank you , thank you . You guys are great!
