I’ve only lived at Flo mar for about a year, but I can say that it is the best apartment I’ve lived in. I’m so sad that we have to move due to work! The apartments are updated, well kept, and clean. The maintenance team is incredible and always attentive and friendly. The buildings are cleaned often, grounds are kept up, and location is great (also one of the safest complexes in this area). Couldn't recommend enough and wish I could stay longer!
I’ve been living here for about 8 months and love it! Very clean and well organized and office staff are super nice. Maintenance is also great, every time I’ve had an issue (not often) they have responded very quickly and did a great job fixing it. The little pond and walking trail within the complex is very nice too!
As a contractor who works in and out of Flo-Mar Terraces & Apartments for many years now, they are truly one of the cleanest & well kept complexes that we work at! We service well over 120 complexes all over Michigan and northern Ohio so seeing the modern updates, nice color schemes & fixing necessary things is so nice to see. Management and staff put residents first. Buildings are well maintained. Hallways and staircases are regularly wiped down and vacuumed. Each building is installed with 24-hour video surveillance.
