Lived here before and moved all my stuff in for a week before I moved in myself. The first night I was attacked all over by bed bugs. Flomar made me throw away my new mattress and couch and told me to wash all my bedding and clothes. They gave me a bag of quarters amounting to $10. I was totally screwed over and eventually moved out from the sheer amount of bedbugs infesting the entire building.
Flo-Mar was amazingly accommodating! I needed to move in early because of a maintenance emergency at my previous apartment and on short notice they were able to switch our start date to a week earlier! The maintenance team has been very attentive. Janette and Danielle from the office staff were friendly, responsive and very helpful in all our communications.
