I had bad experience with scheduling. They promised to come on Monday to pump the tank, somehow changed to Tuesday; and promised to replace the pump Wednesday, then no show; then said come on Thursday, said emergencies come, now show; and now I am waiting on a Saturday again feeling extremely frustrated. If you cannot come, why you give people promise? A piece of junk and still exist to remind us there are shitty companies like this.

As a sale requirement, the previous owner was required to update the property’s septic system and used Northwest Cascade as their septic contractor.
