Unfortunately, I have to give them a bad review. I don’t like doing this but customer service is not at. It’s 100%. I was there with my first son got cut did a fantastic job no problems. Then after sitting there for an hour and 40 minutes and waiting for another gentleman to get cut the barber completely cleaned up his stall finished everything and then sat down and played on his phone and talked with the other barbers. We booked online and Edwin was waiting for us with the chair ready for my son when we walked in the door. Very friendly, easygoing and made the process wonderful for my 5 year old. We showed him a picture of what we had in mind and that’s what we got. We just moved to the area and this is the first place we tried and this will be our spot from now on for my husband and three sons.
