Worst bus I have ever been on. The seats are damaged, USB ports don’t work, and the trays behind the seats are broken and hanging loose. Everything is broken and nothing works properly. Please avoid this company and don’t waste your money. The trays were tied up with plastic bags, and the condition was terrible — these types of buses should be right off. In most countries they don’t use buses with this condition . On their website, there are lots of five-star reviews, which I believe are all company employees.
I was hesitant to take the flixbus after reading the reviews. However, my experience was good. Took the 730am bus from DTLA to Las vegas. The pick-up location had a designated waiting area, and there was a worker delegating where to stand and where the bus would load. It was easy to find. The bus arrived and left on time. AC and bathroom worked. Arrived in Vegas at the designated time. Everything was fine and efficient.
