Compre 2 ticket Los Ángeles- Las Vegas, al subir al bus mis dos asientos están ocupados por una mujer de edad, y me indica que me busque otros asientos. Porque debo buscar otros asientos si todos tenemos asignados asientos? I just took the flixbus from downtown la to the Phoenix airport yesterday for the first time since last taking greyhound back in 2010 and let me tell you. The busses are n upgrade. For those that dont know flixbus is a subsidiary of greyhound Im so happy they had a option of paying extra to not have a neighbor because I chose the front seat. Always decent experience
Horrible service. They cancelled my bus the morning on the day of my trip. My trip supposed to be at 11am, they cancelled it at 4am. The worst experience ever.
