Arielle cut into my natural brow on the top and ruined the shape I had and was going for. Brow experts aren't supposed to cut into the natural top part of the brow and even though the owner knows this she could not take responsibility for her worker. She may have not agreed with the styled shape I had for my brows, but everyone's brows are different and they should have at least asked me before cutting into the natural top of my brow. Michelle is incredible! My brows could not look any better..they are perfect! I get compliments on them all the time. The place is also fantastic, very clean and the staff is friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this place and Michelle! Thank you so much for a great experience and for my awesome brows!
