Terrible experience I initiated a purchase for a $5,700 camera. NEW!!! B&H sent me a used item. Product box sealed sticker was broken. And the plastic bag of batteries that came along with product was also breached and had old stickers on it like a previous user had tried to seal the plastic bag. Be aware that if you buy a Flir C2 infrared camera, that the battery does not seem to last, even if you don't charge them very often or long. After calling Flir, they said that they replace them under the 2-year warranty, but after that, I should throw mine away responsibly and just buy a new one.
