Like the products and I've bought many of there products over the years. But customer service seems nonexistent as though your just a number that gets lost in there system (if they have a system). I've had to always do multiple emails, phone calls on product warranty service. I just tried to order 5 battery's for the Flir E60. Browsing there Website then phone call with no results and a couple of (slow) emails the answer was there on back order and indefinitely, then more emails and the answer came back "I should buy them fr... read more

My company bought a T640 camera from FLIR back a couple months ago to do temperature screening for COVID-19. Since we have used this camera for the past couple months, we have had many problems, but usually small problems. I have been in contact with their customer service numerous times to get help or resolve some of these issues. Every time i talk with customer service, they never end up helping me, they just tell me things i already now. Have a FLIR ONE gen 2. one day stopped showing images on the phone. spoke with customer support and they said they stopped updating their software to keep up with iOS updates - so my camera went from working to nonfunctional overnight. The mechanics still work but can't get images projected to the screen so now it's become a coaster. Spoke with customer service and they said for another $200 I can purchase a new product that is supported (50% off their $400 price). They wouldn't assure me they won't drop support in a few yea... read more

Useless. You buy a system that’s supposed to work with an app on your phone. Does not. After numerous calls and emails and tickets, no resolution. Oh but they will sell you another system. Really......I’m pretty sure they train their CS dept to continually give you the run around so you will get so fed up you go away. Did I say useless and don’t waste your money.

Bought a Flir One camera for my kid for Christmas. They sent me a defective one. First customer service rep said he'd send me the return label and I would receive the replacement after they verified the tracking number. He sent me nothing, and upon calling I found out I would not be receiving it by Christmas.

We recently paid over 20K to have over 80 FLIR cameras and 6 NVR’s installed in 6 stores in hopes of being able to view them remotely from both PC’s and I Phones. Well needless to say since I am posting this we are still unable to view one of our stores from a PC. I have at this point downloaded sever versions of the “FLIR Cloud” software and this is pitiful. How can any half way competent company even release software they know will not work? Simply said they are a bunch of crooks and con artists milking the government out ... read more
